滞仏日記「東京拠点計画のキッチン・スタジオは“ギャラリーＴ“と命名される」 - Design Stories

某月某日、東京拠点計画キッチン・ギャラリーの名前が「ギャラリーＴ」ということになった。
シマちゃんによる正式承認はまだだが、すでに来月号のダンチューで発表になる。（現在、印刷中なので、決定せざるを得ない状況・・・ふふふ）
そもそも、ぼくが日本滞在時にタイタン寮を使うことが出来なくなったので、友人のシマちゃんに相談したところ、彼が経営するレジデンスに一部屋あるのでそこを格安で借り受けることになった。これが、全ての始まり・・・。
内装を好きにしていいというので、キッチンがメインの部屋にしたい、ということでプランを出したら、シマちゃんが、いいね、と乗る気になった。
ところが、話がどんどん膨らんで、こんなカッコイイ部屋なんだから、ツジちゃんが滞在していない時期はそこをキッチン・スタジオとして貸すのはどうだろう、ということになったのだ。☜これが第二段階。
（ダンチューなどの料理雑誌や料理番組などに貸し出す、という意味ね・・・）
で、キッチン・スタジオだけだと面白くないので、画廊の要素も加えて、ぼくの過去の作品なんかを展示したらどうか、と提案をしたら、いいねいいね、となった。☜とにかく、シマちゃんとぼくは気が合うのだ。
というのも、シマちゃんがそこを表現者「辻仁成のお墓」にしたいと言い出した。
生きているのに、墓っていうのもどうかと思ったが、要はプライベートミュージアムのようなことを彼はイメージしていたのだ。
そこで、小淵沢にある倉庫から大量の過去作品（生原稿とか、昔描いた油絵とか、ギターとか、写真とか、資料約２トントラック一台分）を東京と福岡（事務所）に移送したのだった。☜ここが第三段階。すでに話が相当大きくなっている。
その工事が始まったので、様子を見に行くと、ぼくが寝泊まりしている部屋のドア前に女性が立った。☜凄い展開。
髪の毛の長い、大きなマスクをしている女性だった。いまだに、謎。

※　父ちゃんと組んで、ワインアペロの会を、主催するソムリエのY氏、詳しいことはまだ内緒・・・。イケメンです。ぼくが拵えた軽いお料理と、Ｙ氏が選んだ世界のワインで、アペロしませんか？？？

レジデンスが大慌てになったことは、先の日記でも書いた通り。（監視カメラで追跡をしたところ、部屋の前に４５分、レジデンスの入り口に３０分もいたことが判明）
「ツジちゃん、怖いね」
とシマちゃんは他人事のように言うのであーる。
さらにぼくがそこでみんなと打ち上げをしていると荷物が届けられたり、他にもいろいろとあって・・・、どうも、このレジデンスは一部の人たちのあいだですでに有名なようだ、ということが判明・・・。☜今更？？？
ここでギャラリーＴをやったら、とてもじゃないが、父ちゃん、暮らせないだろうということになった。結論。☜ここが第四段階目なのであーる。
ということでこのギャラリーＴがグランドオープンし、大きな宣伝をして、世間に広まるのであれば、ぼくは間違いなく、よそに住処を探す必要がある！
都内のホテルを借りて、そこからギャラリーＴに通うということになるはず。
つまり、本末転倒！
東京拠点計画は大きく軌道修正を迫られることになるのだった。漫画みたいだけれど、これが今日までの主な流れである。
とはいえ、ギャラリーＴはびっくりするくらい、素晴らしいキッチン・ギャラリーに仕上がってしまった。（工事責任者の須藤さん、佐藤さんの見事な仕事）
そこで、ぼくは別のホテルに滞在し、ギャラリーＴには料理をしに通うことになったことをここで明らかにしておきたい。
つまり、奇しくも東京拠点にはならない、という、もの凄い展開なのであった。
「ツジちゃん、もっと東京に長く滞在して、活躍してよ」
と、最初にシマちゃんがぼくに言った言葉が今頃思い出される。あはは。
ま、ぼくのプライベートミュージアム兼キッチンというものはできたのだから、ま、よかったね。そういうことにしましょう。

※　父ちゃんが座って本を読むのはデンマークの椅子じゃないと・・・。デンマークが生んだ世界のハンス・ウエグナーの椅子なのであーる。

つまりぼくは、タイタン寮に住めなくなった時点でこっそりシマちゃんのレジデンスを借りるだけにしておけばよかった、という話なのであった。
今、ぼくは都内の長期滞在型レジデンス、もしくはディスクレットなホテルを探している。
でも、この回りくどい方法があったおかげで、「ギャラリーＴ」は完成することになった。
ぼくがそこで腕をふるうのは、年に数回程度、と想像をする。
普段は、時間貸しにして、バーマンがそこに立ち、カクテルなどを提供する秘密のスペースになれば、いいのかもしれない。
ぼくの絵や詩や物語の一節を眺めながら、愛を語り合うスペース。ふふふ。
「さよならいつか」
二人でそれを読んで、愛に酔いしれて頂きたい。
えへへ。

※　まだ完成していません。照明がこれから、床も、壁も、いろいろと、お洒落になります。夜のムーディーな世界を、想像してみてください！

　良品計画は、世界旗艦店「無印良品 銀座」（東京都中央区銀座3-3-5）を9月29日にリニューアルオープンする。銀座ならではの特別感のある“食”を中心とした売り場に生まれ変わるという。

　地下1階のレストラン「MUJI Diner」では、小麦から作りあげるパスタやサステナブルな野菜など、こだわり食材を活かしたメニューに一新。また同フロアには店舗に在籍するソムリエがセレクトしたワイン売場を新設する。

MUJI Dinerのメニュー例

　1階では厳選した生ハムやフレッシュチーズ、生パスタといったチルド食品も取り扱いを開始するほか、12種類の銀座限定オリジナルブレンドなど豊富なコーヒー豆を店内で焙煎して販売する。

　同フロアの「MUJI Bakery」でも、毎日食べても飽きない「全粒粉入りクロワッサン」や買ってすぐ食べられる「フォカッチャサンド」など新メニューを発売する。

　4階のキッチン用品フロアは品揃えを拡大。「MUJI Diner」で使用するイタリア業務用食器や調理器具、屋内外で使える日本製のアルミ調理器などを取りそろえる。

　6階の「Coffee＆Salon」では、日常のちょっとした特別感や非日常を味わえるよう自家焙煎珈琲や国産ウィスキー、カクテル、軽食のピンサなどを用意。また、銀座や全国の銘菓と無印良品オリジナルブレンドとのペアリングを提案する。

　Coffee＆Salonで毎月開催してる「銀座ひと繋ぎBar」は参加定員を20人から40人に増やし、銀座の街とつながる取り組みを推進していく。なおリニューアル後の初回は、三笠会館 堀田瑞江さんを迎えて10月13日に開催予定。

数量限定カレー「牛ほほ肉のデミグラスソースカレー」

　またリニューアルオープン企画として、数量限定「牛ほほ肉のデミグラスソースカレー」（1000円）、「パスタ＆パスタソースセット」（1700円）、「コーヒーセット」（1500円）、東銀座にある「銀座 月と花」が作った「無印良品 銀座 オリジナルジャムパン」（400円）などを販売する。なお、いずれもなくなり次第終了。

　そのほかオープン初日は銀座の銘菓が詰まったオリジナル福袋の配布、「MUJI HOTEL」ではフロントに無印良品の商品で作った銀座の街のジオラマを展示するなど、さまざまな催しを行なう。

柳川にヒマワリのじゅうたん キッチンカーや農産物販売も | ピックアップ - 福岡ふかぼりメディア ささっとー

　福岡県柳川市橋本町の干拓地にある「柳川ひまわり園」で、約50万本のヒマワリが次々と花を咲かせている。9月18日まで農産物の販売コーナーやキッチンカーが設置され、夜間(日没～午後8時半)はライトアップされる。

　同園は広さ約5ヘクタールで、一般社団法人「柳川むつごろう会」が毎年、8月中旬に満開になるよう観賞用ヒマワリの種をまき、除草などの手入れをしている。今年は最初にまいた種が7月上旬の大雨で流され、まき直したため、ほぼ1か月遅れの開花となった。

　同会によると、数日で満開を迎えるという。訪れた観光客らは、太陽に向かって黄色い花が並んで咲いている場所を選び、記念撮影していた。

　18日まで臨時駐車場が設けられ、西鉄柳川駅と同園を結ぶ無料の臨時バスが運行される。入園時には、環境整備協力金として臨時バスの利用者1人につき500円、車1台につき500円、観光バス1台につき1000円を徴収する。問い合わせは、柳川むつごろう会(0944ｰ72ｰ0819)へ。

会場となる宇野港シーサイドパークと「みなとオアシス宇野マルシェ」のチラシ

　岡山県内のキッチンカーが大集合する食のイベント「みなとオアシス宇野マルシェ」が１０日午前１０時～午後４時、ＪＲ宇野駅前の宇野港シーサイドパーク（玉野市築港）で初めて開かれる。

　港一帯のにぎわい創出を目指す「みなとオアシス宇野」（事務局・市観光協会）の取り組みの一環。岡山、倉敷、玉野市からポテトやホットドッグ、クレープ、ソフトクリームなどを提供するキッチンカー１５台が出店する。会場でゆっくり食事できるようテーブルやいすも用意する。

　同協会は「おいしいフードやドリンク、スイーツを味わって港周辺も散策してもらえたら」としている。

　１０月８日も開く予定。問い合わせは市観光協会（０８６３―２１―３４８６、水曜定休）。

ファーストキッチンの月見バーガーがマジで強いぞ！ 「餅」という飛び道具を使いこなして、バチクソに仕上げてきてる - ロケットニュース24

苛烈さを増し続けるバーガーチェーンらによる月見戦争。2023年9月7日からはファーストキッチンも新作を引っ提げて参戦したぞ！

「餅」という、他社が手を付けていない特殊兵装を展開するファーストキッチン。どのような仕上がりなのか、全く予想がつかない。

さっそく食べてみたところ……これはマジに、今年の優勝争いにノミネート待ったなしじゃないか？　なんか本気でうめぇぞオイ!!

・ファーストキッチン

ファストフードチェーンの中では、比較的お綺麗にまとまっていて常識人なイメージのあるファーストキッチン。

彼らの新商品は、「月見もっちバーガー（870円）」と「月見もっちチキン竜田バーガー（740円）」だ。

この他に「もっちバーガー」と「もっちチキン竜田バーガー」もあるが、今回はスルー。月見系だけで勝負してもらおう。

最大の特徴は、言うまでもなく「餅」だ。ご飯を入れるライスバーガーはあるので、まあ、餅が入ってもやれそうな気はする。ネタに全力投球するようなことはしないブランドだと思うので、きっと真面目に仕上げてきているのだろう。

・ノーマル

ということで、ノーマル版と竜田版をそれぞれゲット。

さっそくノーマルの方から見ていこう。開封しようとすると、いきなり注意書きが目に入った。

ああね。餅は正月に窒息死する人が続出するのが定番だしな。皆さんも喉に詰まらせないよう気をつけてください。

バンズはこんな感じ。公式HPによると、醤油が入ってるらしい。和風なのだろう。

横から見るとこう。きわめて普通の、よくあるバーガーっぽいビジュアルだ。

バンズを剥がすと、何やら白いのが。これが餅か？　と思ったが、よく見たら玉子の白身だった。

こちらが黄身のほう。マック同様にハードめに加熱されたタイプだが、見ての通り玉子の量はファーストキッチンが圧倒的だ。

マジで普通に餅が入ってた。黄身とパティにしっかりくっついている。バーガー界でも最大級の粘着力だろう。餅とパティの間には みそダレで、パティの下には何もなし。

・うめぇ

食べてみると、これがマジでうめぇ！　まず、バンズが甘くなくていい。醤油入りの効果だろう。餅に風味がついているのだが、これもテクい！　

公式HPにて種明かしがされていた。どうやら「かつおと昆布の出汁が効いたつゆに揚げ餅をくぐらせた」らしい。はぁー、そういう。

みそダレと餅の相性が悪いはずがなく、パティも上手いこと和風テイストに迎合している。ウマさの仕組みとしては、お雑煮と似たような原理だと思う。

玉子も黄身成分が大半で、白身はほとんど存在感が無いという調整なのもグッド！　黄身のコフコフした食感と質感が、うまいこと餅のモチモチ感にかみ合っている。

870円という価格は中々に高価格帯だが、ウマさはトップクラスで間違いない。あと、餅が入っているため腹持ちは圧倒的だ。

月見とか関係なくうめぇ。卵の黄身と餅に、醤油、味噌、かつおと昆布だしで味付けされたバーガーは大正解だ！

・チキン

続いてチキン。構造はノーマルと同じなので割愛する。肉がチキン竜田になっただけだ。横から見るとこんな感じ。

こちらはチキン竜田の衣のハードな食感と、チキンのプリっとした食感が、ノーマルとは違う世界観を演出。チキンになってお雑煮感がいよいよ増した気がする。

何にせよ、やはり高い水準で仕上がっていると言わざるを得ない。味だけに注目した場合、ノーマルとどちらがウマいかというのは非常に難しい。

740円ということでノーマルより130円も安いため、コスパ面も加味したらチキンだろうか。まあでも、これは両方食っておいた方がいい。

今までにも色んな和風のバーガーはあったと思うが、ここまで味のバランスが良く、なおかつ食べごたえと腹持ちの良さを兼ね備えたものはほとんど無かったと思う。

にわかにファーストキッチンが今年の月見戦争を制する可能性が高まってきた。
